Witch Mode, Activated

How do you know when you’ve become a real witch? I think I just found out.

You know how a lot of people grapple with impostor syndrome in their work?

I feel like that as a witch.

Like, what practices, initiations, or ordinations make one a real witch? How magical do I need to be? How deeply into the Earth do I need to bury my dreams for humanity? What specific ingredients need to fill a cauldron or animate my spells?

If I clean the counters, floors and linens in preparation for house guests, but fail to clear the dark energy from the corner of the guest room, am I even a witch at all?

Exactly how many Ravens need to chase me, yell at me and put themselves at my feet?

Is the mystical death portal I opened just a delulu cognitive bias of noticing the hits and not the misses, or am I, like, a real witch now?

The past few weeks have been potent with death magic. I recorded a video, a fun string of stories to catch you up on all the witchy portal madness. Where do you think it’s going to go? Here are two truths and a lie…which ones do you think are true???

  1. Someone unearthed and stole my holy trees.

  2. A flock of ravens chased me and dropped nuts on me.

  3. My six-year-old taught me how to call upon the spirit of water to cleanse the remains of a body

Whacha think?
